What this is about
The German BFSG applies to e-commerce services for consumers; the standard is EN 301 549, in practice WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement covers the website and web interface of KiViP Concierge.
Conformity status
The application is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially means the points listed below are not yet met.
Known issues
- Headings
- In some cards the heading outline skips a level (h1 to h3).
- Chat
- New messages are not yet consistently announced as a live region.
- Media
- Videos do not yet have captions or audio description.
- Uploads
- Upload progress is shown visually but not announced.
